Estate Planning

One of my core practice areas is estate planning.  This is a critical area of the law for all families, whether choosing a guardian for minor children or the elderly, forming trusts to ensure that you, your spouse, and your children are taken care of if you are unable to do so, or making sure that the assets of the estate you have worked so hard to acquire are distributed to the members of your family and are not needlessly wasted in payment of estate taxes or probate expenses.  I take special care in taking the time to listen to my clients, clearly explain the available options, and helping them to achieve their estate planning goals.

Free Initial Consultation:   I will be happy to meet with you at your convenience to discuss the wishes of your family and to discuss with you the available options, the advantages and disadvantages of each of them and my recommendations for the proper course of action - all at no obligation or cost to you.
