If you and your spouse have agreed, in principle, on all the outstanding issues that must be settled in any divorce, I can quickly draft a Separation Agreement and prepare a joint petition for divorce to help you obtain a divorce as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. 

If you have had a child out of wedlock, I can assist either party in filing a paternity action.  If you are a man and have been named as a defendant in a paternity action and you are not the father of the child, I can also provide assistance.
